I-864 and I-864A

I searched on the forum for further information, but I am not quite sure of my final answer.

My situation is the following:

My husband is the petitioner, but we'll have his mom as Joint Sponsor and we all live in the same house.

Does my husband fill the I-864 and his mom for I-864A?

Are the any other documents regarding the fact of living everyone under the same roof that we have to submit?

Also in the form I-864 Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size - 7. OPTIONAL: If you have siblings, parents, or adult children with the same principal residence who are combining their income with yours by submitting Form I-864A, enter the number here.

Does my husband need to insert also his mom there?

Plus: in the I-864A form:

the sponsor is my husband and the household member is his mom, correct?

she can choose either one, the i864A is for combining income, as you said she will add her income on your husband's i864

so if the need to combine income, use the i864A

now if she qualifies on her own to be the joint sponsor, she may also use the i864, even if they live in the same house

So my husband income is 20k and my mom-in-law 150k.

If I understood well what you just said, she can just use the I-864 right?
