ok,

So, I'm getting really confused. I posted earlier about not having the right paperwork but am wondering if I just haven't been looking in the right place.

On the AOS guide it says I need NOA2.

I currently have NOA1 and I-797C form. I also have my receipt number and can see online at the USCIS website that my case was approved last year. I also have the original I-129F with an approved stamp and date.

I have a feeling I just don't know what the NOA2 looks like, could someone describe what I'm meant to be looking for? and whether I'd be ok sending these documents?

Thanks

The Form I-797, petition approval notice, will have validity date typically of four months, the A# for the alien fiancee is printed above the fiancee's name.

Here is a copy of the petition approval notice (NOA2), from the VJ Gallery: http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=4&pid=13#top_display_media

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
