We only had one touch--and it was the day before the approval.

Other people reported lots of touches but were approved after we were.

I know the waiting is frustrating, but I personally don't believe calling will make anything happen faster.

Relax,

You talked with an individual that was having a bad day. Those approval dates are not happening now, that was last year. Trust me on this. Imagine the implementation of the IMBRA ruling. That cost many of us an additional 90 days, totaling 150 days from NOA-1 > NOA-2.

In your case, expect to wait no more than 90 days to NOA-2, probably less.

All the best to you both.

My NOA-1 was on Dec. 20. Last touch Dec. 25.

No touches, no emails, no NOA-2 since!!!! :crying:

Of course they did... that is the official processing time disclosure. They will tell you nothing to the contrary regardless of what reality is.

YMMV

We didn't get touched either during the whole processing... I think the only time we get touched was when they opened the packet and when they sent it to NVC after the approval...

Hang in there... your time is really close... And don't listen to "wait for 3-4 months" ####### because that's not really what's going on here based from others timelines...

Good luck!

Hang in there. Remember that the site doesn't always reflect correctly. My case did show touches, but never that we were approved. In fact, it still says it is pending. The 800# reads the same as the site and when you get one of their operators, they read from the site. Don't give up...I was in your shoes a few weeks ago...it is coming.
