Once the trigger is pulled and you really decide it's over there is nothing too underhanded that you should do to prove her unfit. That means get her talking about what she wants to do (work all night, all her plans with her family) and get it all. Ask your attorney to paint her as an unstable gold-digger who doesn't give two sticks about you or your child and you can win. Start gathering it all from now and pretend you're supporting her plans then leave with your daughter for the weekend and have her served. Whoever has the child when the papers are served has the upper hand for the custody battle. Refuse to let her see the child unless she is supervised and declare your reason for that as her instability.

i understand..but I am honest.. even her filipina friends say she is weird and only focussed on her family in PH.

i am a nice guy and have a spine..i just have a daughter to think about not just myself. i am not perfect. but what i say

is truth....and lots more that would fill this blog up. I dont care if you dont buy it brother, i am telling the truth..some days she seems normal but if you say no to her requests she just gets pissed and violent nothing gets in her way t finish her goals in PH with her family not even at the cost of her husband and child. i have seen 2 sides of her..the kind of loving wife and the person she changes into if you get in her way..yeah I am going to divorce. i have no choice. thank god for you all who hellped me see the light....

oh yeah some of you judge me but i did talk about at length what we expected but she changed and morphed.

1st it was just her mother and brother and then later it became alot more family needs. I spoke to her about many things she agreed to. but she just flipped. i see her now. just sad thank you all fo ryour help. moving to the Div just have t plan it all out.
