perhaps he was busy filing the divorce petition, and getting a restraining order against her (common in divorce cases) and the sherrifs showed up to witness the evacuation. (hers) .

That's my hope, anyway.

Sounds like the two of you did not talk about expectations and what you want to do in life before you two got married. It's 2016, not a lot of women want to stay home all day. They want to work and it has nothing to do with not loving you. Yes, this woman is not in love with you. But don't expect all women to be stay-at-home moms.

we did talk and she agreed until my Daughter was 5 and in school. that is the hard part. i ask her if she can stay home until our dauther was in school and then she can work during the day so at nite we can be home as a family. too many couples do shift work and never see each other and the family dies. she agreed but now changed her mind...

Well being new in a country it's hard to get to know new people and by being a stay at home mom makes it even harder. When you work at least you get to interact with other adults. Yeah maybe she agreed to stay home but maybe reality caught up with her. Maybe she's just downright depressed, lonely or homesick? Moving to a new country leaving everything you know and love behind isn't easy.

This I can understand but from the OP 1st post, it seems to me that he is married to his wife whole family and not just with her.

Honestly, I am in your camp here. You agree ahead of time that this is how you wanted to raise children and honestly, it is what is best for them. Regardless of what other people tell you, lots of women love staying home with kids and want that quality time with their children, but just many times can't afford it. Your wife has a right to make her own decisions, but if she is working, that money should be going into your household expenses, not just on her family's, especially given that it seems to really be a choice for her to work rather than a necessity.

I also don't know what kind of superhero your wife is, but I couldn't pull a nightshift and effectively watch children during the day. Heck, my little guy is 8 months old and the longest I've been away from him is 4 hours and that was just last week! There is not a way in hell my husband would stay with me if I worked opposite shifts to him, away from the kids, just to send money to another country rather than pay our bills. It is really unacceptable and don't let anyone let you think otherwise.

how can i win custody of my daughter? anyone have ideas thank you for your help.

I actually think you would have a case for gaining primary custody of your daughter. My suggestion would be to focus on what's best for your daughter than to try to convince someone to do something they are not willing to do.

Consult a family attorney who specializes in custody cases.

Good luck to you.
