RFE Passport Photos

Hello,

We just got an RFE requesting for a passport photo of myself and my fiance to be sent and listed the requirements. Only concern I have is it states it must be "within 30 days of this petition". Is that from when I receive the RFE or when i initially filed the K! Visa a few months back. Now, i did initially send just my fiances passport photos when i initially filed the K1 a few months ago, although I did not write the name and A Number etc, if I was to provide those do you think it may be an issue? Of cours,e I also plan on sending mine which can easily be taken at a Walgreens etc. But with my fiance, since it may take a bit to arrive here and I already have the intial passport images, do you think USCIS will be that strict?

you could do some digital stuff on her's , easily.

There are no time stamps on photos, so probably safe to send in the ones you have.

If you want to be on the safe side, just have her email you a digital picture and you print it out at Walgreen. There are plenty of free phone apps and websites that will let you turn a regular picture of her into a passport style picture.

Really, so it is okay for the passport image to be digital via iPhone then at Walgreen I can transfer that to a passport version 2 x 2 and all?

Yes. Go to the app store on your iPhone and type "passport picture."

i think i am going to go the route of just utilizing the images i initially sent in hopefully USCIS does not notice or is too strict, i mean how much can one change in 5 months? i think the main issue was my passport images was not present not did i write our name sand A#'s
