Yes, you will most likely age out and your petition will be automatically converted to F2B.

Age freezing is only for immediate relatives.

You may be able to qualify if they take a long time to approved your petition but, you say your mom's petition has been approved just now? Or, is it that she's received her visa? Either way, only time will tell.

How can I remain eligible for F2A category?

The only way you remain under F2A category is if your mother (after filing i130 for you) naturalizes before you turn 21 or you do not turn 21 at all which is not happening.

In other words, you cannot remain eligible for F2A category.

If you want help, answer these questions.

Date your USC sibling filed the I-130 for your mom?

Where is your mom's case right now? USCIS? NVC? US Embassy?

When do you think your mother will get to the US to file the I-130 for you?

What is your birthdate?

I heard that my age will be freeze when I turn 21 years and I will be remain in F2A category.

Is it true?

No. In the F2a category, age freezes when the PD becomes current. It does not freeze when you turn 21. When you turn 21, you will automatically age out into the F2b category.

How can I remain eligible for F2A category?

There is nothing you can do except file as quickly as you can and hope you get to immigrate in the F2a category. Make sure your mother get her visa and enter the US quickly so she can file for you as soon as possible. Prepare your I-130 now and wait to file when she gets her I-551 stamp.

Will CSPA applies?

Yes. However, it doesn't mean that it will help. There are times when CSPA applies, but the person still has aged out.
