I MET MY WIFE ONLINE AND WE TOOK IT FURTHER SHE, IS FROM US AND I AM FROM INDIA , SHE CAME HERE TO SEE ME IN APRIL2015 AND WE SPENT A MONTH TOGETHER AND I MADE HER MY FIANCE AND THEN IN JULY 2015 WE PLANED TO GET MARRIED HERE IN INDIA AND SHE CAME BACK IN JULY 2105 AND WE GOT MARRIED HERE WITH ALL CEREMONIES PERFORMED ACCORDING TO HINDU MARRIAGE AND GOT IT REGISTERED HERE, AFTER A MONTH SHE FLEW BACK AGAIN , SHE NEEDED TO FILE MY SPOUSE PETITION BUT SHE DIDNT, DONT KNOW WHY AND STARTED ASKING MONEY INSTEAD AND STARTED TO MAKE FALSE EXCUSES TO END OUR RELATIONSHIP, SHE CHANGED DRAMATICALLY, THEN I THOUGHT OK I WILL GO THERE ON B1 B2 IF GOT APPROVED AND TALK TO LAWYERS ABOUT THIS AND WHAT TO DO NEXT OVER THERE, I APPLIED B1 B2 FROM INDIA IN DEC 2015 MENTIONED HER ALL DETAILS TO IN SPOUSE COLUMN TOO., AND GOT INTERVIEW DATE ON JAN 11,2016 , I WORK WITH AN NGO HERE AND MENTIONED ALL TRUE DETAILS ABOUT ME AND EVERYTHING, I REACHED AT INTERVIEW BEEN INSIDE EMBASSY, INTERVIEW STARTED

ME -- BEFORE COLLECTING THT PAPER FROM HIM REQUESTED HIM I WANT TO GIVE MY WIFE A SURPRISE ON VALENTINES DAY AND EVEN MY PARENTS ARE SPONSORING ME FOR THE VISIT , IF HE THOUGHT I DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY, AND ALREADY ON TICKET BOOKING THE DATE WAS 10 FEB NEAR VALENTINES DAY .

I HAD ALL PROOFS WITH ME MY MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE MY TAX RETURNS MY WEDDING PHOTOS,MY PARENTS BANK DOCUMENTS TO SHOW I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR 10 DAY VISIT,,EVEN HER INDIAN SPOUSE VISA WHICH I ARRANGED HERE FOR HER . BUT HE DIDNT ASKED ANY TO SHOW HIM I DONT KNOW WHY HE REFUSED IT? WHAT WOULD BE THE REASON? AND THINKING TO REAPPLY SOON.PLEASE ADVICE....

Firstly, being a Spouse to a US Citizen makes getting a B2 Tourist Visa FAR FAR harder, because if granted you can arrive, stay and adjust status.

Second, your income 20000RS per month is approximately 295 USD per month, or 3540 per year. This is a very low wage to cover travel and expenses to the US.

I don't know how much in savings you had, but it appears that the CO felt you could not prove a good enough reason that you would return back to India after visiting.

Try to speak to your wife and see what really is the issue and if possible try to resolve it . If your purpose is also to have discussion with lawyers you can do that staying in india as well

Nothing really nothing to advise. You getting a Tourist visa is zero to no percentage. You even said yourself about getting to US and seeing a lawyer what you can do. With having such a low paying job and she is a student so they can see she probably can;t travel alot either the likelihood of you coming and studying is very high.

Your only thing to do is either your wife petitioning you for a spousal Visa I-130 or she moves to India.

i tried a lot to make her file my petition but by the looks of things i think i got deceived i loved her but in her mind was something else jus money and enjoyment she used me i paid for her tickets as well and helped her with her rent to and bought her everything when i married her and even gifted 24 carat gold to her.even on fiance ceremony here i put her a gold ring and married her in a 5star hotel here my parents paid the hotel , even she stayed in my parents independent apartment free of cost .... and in December she changed her cell number i am not able to contact her in any way she took me of facebook as well , whats app was our main way of communication , but got ended , and i had 4 lakhs in my parents bank accounts to show him but vo didn't asked, i am working as a part time property adviser as well but as we get paid in cash thts why i didn't mentioned it coz of tax . in my income tax returns i have tht money wch i get paid from ngo. but now the thing is if i reapply and tell vo as well as include this reason in HAVE YOU EVER REFUSED A VISA IN D160 THAT we are planing to get settled over here in india thats why i arranged her spouse visa of india may be it was a confusion to vo regarding my spouse and even if i reapply and tell in interview the same and show there her indian spouse visa what would be my chances?

If you can't even contact her, what make you think that you can find her when you in US?

Your spouse could even divorce you already without you knowing.

Not sure what a lawyer could do for you at this time.

Best to research how to dissolve your marriage in India and move on.

i am not going to find her but i know whre she lives but that would be not a help i am in contact with her ex too she has a kid too and her ex also want to take her to court and take his kids custody
