Recommend that you start your own thread and not hijack someone else's thread with your question. Besides, this one is 2 years old and the information you and others post will be confusing to others.

TB has to be grown in a petri dish. There is not a test that you walk in and they draw blood and bingo bango here is your results.

sputum test,3 samples ,one is positive, one more month to test that for TB,? why so long?

Because your TB sputum culture takes around 1-3 months to grow in a lab before it can be analyzed. It's nature that's taking so long, not bureaucracy.

unforunatly it is bureaucracy ,that put us here, already took the sputum test 7 months ago ,,passed. They requested a original certified death certificate from my son's mother ,whom they said was my former wife, but Iwas never married to. This is the Dept. of home land security. We'ed already done our last interview, and they did 'nt know wether I was married or not? I was being manipulated into lying ,as they were asking for the death certificate from my former wife ,which I replied " we were never married ,this in turn delayed the process causeing the expiration of the medical,......... and Istill have to produce the death certificate.Which I obtain through duress I hope this is informative to others as to what kind of hurdles can be put in front of you......on your visa journey!!!!!!!

You asked "why so long?" and I gave you a factual answer. If you don't like the answer don't ask the question.

You know you are a real piece of ART. I'd use another phrase but it's not allowed. Why don't you pack up your sorry a$$ and take it somewhere else. People here are trying to help and all you can do is bitxxch about how bad you have it. I feel sorry for your fiancé.
