Congrats edpa - does the interview date show up on the USCIS case status? Or do you just wait to receive the letter it the mail?

Thank you! I'll be keeping everyone updated on our experience on Friday.

The interview date does come up on the USCIS Case Status website; we received the letter in the mail about 2 days after seeing the status change for the interview date.

1/14/2016 - Mailed I-485/130/131/765
1/15/2016 - USPS tracking confirmed delivery
1/21/2016 - Text message confirmations received
1/26/2016 - Physical mail receipts received for all 4
2/06/2016 - Biometric letter arrived for appt
2/19/2016 - Biometric appointment
2/29/2016 - Status updated on website: "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"
3/08/2016 - Interview is scheduled for April 8
4/02/2016 - I-765 status set to: New Card is Being Produced; I-131 status set to: Case Was Approved
4/06/2016 - I765 Card was Mailed
4/08/2016 - EAD/AP Combo Card received in the mail; Greencard Interview same day,
4/11/2016 - Online update - I485/I130 are APPROVED!
4/13/2016 - Welcome Letter received in the mail; update online shows Greencard has been mailed

4/18/2016 - GREENCARD ARRIVED!!!

 

Removal of Conditions

1/10/2018 - Mailed I-751 Next Day Service

1/11/2018 - Arrived to PO Box in Laguna Niguel

1/11/2018 - NOA Notice Date

1/18/2018 - NOA(Extension Letter) physically received in mail

 

N-400 Application (While I-751 is still Pending)

1/14/2019 - Applied for N400 Online

1/15/2019 - Received notice of acceptance via email

1/19/2019 - Online notice received that biometrics was scheduled

2/04/2019 - Biometrics Appointment schedule and completed this day

2/05/2019 - Update on website that biometrics received and no information needed at this time

6/24/2019 - Online Update that Interview is Scheduled

6/26/2019 - Document available online - Interview scheduled for 7/29/2019

7/29/2019 - Interview.... approved!

8/24/2019 - Oath Ceremony

I was wondering if there is anyone with a priority date or between January 23-26? I'm on the 25th. It seems our date is creeping up..

01-05-2016 - Interview and Oath Taking (newark nj)

01-20-2016 - AOS packet sent to Chicago Lock Box

01-22-2016 - Packet arrived lockbox

01-29-2016 - Received email/text that packet has been accepted

02-05-2016 - Received all of my NOA's i-485, i-131 and I-765

02-01-2016 - All MVC numbers showed up on USCIS website!

02-12-2016 - Received my biometric letter for the 24th of February.

02-24-2016 - completed biometric as scheduled in Elizabeth NJ ASC

04-11-2016 - Requested an SR based on the 75 days pending application for EAD/AP

04-11-2016 - Text/Email Advice that EAD/AP card is being produced and to be sent to address on fle.

04-16-2016 - EAD/AP card received

04-18-2016 - SSN Card on hand

08-17-2016 - Received Text/Email for interview date scheduled for September 22, 2016

09-22-2016 - Interview approved. waiting for card :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:

We filed on the 4th of January. 91 days now and no word on the EAD :( Anyone else dealing with this?

It's past 90 days...did you call USCIS and file for a service request?

It's past 90 days...did you call USCIS and file for a service request?

Yup! It was assigned to an officer on Friday. I called again today but the service request's already been filed - tier 2 can't do anything more. I wanna believe it'll happen tomorrow or at the very least this week, but it seems foolish at this point :clock:

For those who received an interview/interview letter - did you filing date correspond to the waiting/processing time on the USCIS website. I don't know how accurate that is... seems like Houston has a really long delay...but I see a lot of people from Cali getting interviews and the processing times are also for 2015. Any thoughts?

I am in la.. Filed 05th feb and received interview apt 25th march for 29 th april.. Adjusting from vwp

came on visa waiver program.. long story but no intend to stay

mine changed directly to interview scheduled

My case status didn't show 'ready for interview' it was just change from 'case was received ' to the interview date
