  • 09/23/2019: Applied and paid online. Received a receipt number immediately.
  • 09/24/2019: USCIS online estimate is April 2020 
  • 09/28/2019: NOA1 received in my mailbox
  • 09/28/2019: Biometrics appointment scheduled [waiting for notice]
  • 10/04/2019: Biometrics appointment notice received in mailbox 
  • 10/17/2019: Biometrics appointment in Revere, MA completed
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS status changed to "we reviewed your biometrics"

no worries, It does happen more often than you think. We also got a RFE request. Just make sure you read it very well and submit every document they are requesting. In our case they wanted evidence of marriage of us pettitoner and applicant..(Our petition is daughter to mother benefit)...we were very confused so we wrote a letter explaining the benefit seeking and we also submitted divorced document of petitioner and marriage certificate of my mother and death certificate of my father (my mom is a widow).. u should get your letter in about 5 days...pleae be patient and relax my friend..look at the bright sight...they are checking your application...others are not as lucky yet..

We also got a Request for Initial Evidence, but even before we had biometrics done. Apparently we included the wrong translation of birth certificate.

01-16-2016: AOS package sent

01-09-2017: AOS (I-130 and I-485) granted

10-31-2018: I-751 filed

01-25-2019 NOA received (Extension letter, Biometrics waiver letter)

10-19-2019 Biometrics letter received

10-30-2019 Biometrics to be completed

01/14/2016: Check cashed out by USCIS

01/29/2016: Received biometric letter in the mailbox scheduled for 2/8/2016

Well, either ways, its close to a month away...the govt sure earned a lot if they dont send you the ead/ap on the virtue of your impending interviewl lol

That is a bit of a surprise..when you sent out the packet did you have tracking? if so...what did the tracking say? Did it arrive at the office where you sent it?
