hi everyone..here is some update on my mothers case..

we mailed RFE on saturday feb 20th, 2016

uscis recieved mailed on monday 22th, 2016

wed, feb 22nd, 2016..just recieved email that RFE documet recieved and will beging ro work in your case again..

tomorrow She is going for fingerprinting again.. did send Her Nicaraguan criminal history just in case..they cannot read her fingerprinting again...lol

We finished our biometric appointment on Feb 8. Now we are waiting for the next move and haven't heard anything nor update from USCIS yet. I hope things go well. Good luck on your case.

and by the way...RFE requested evidence on marriage between us petitioner and applicant... for real.??. This is a daughter to a mother petition.. was I missing anything??? but just in case we did send my sister two divorces decree, a letter of explanation for the petition bases and my mother marriage certificate to my father.. also my father's death certificate..and because the fingerprinting issues I decided to sent a Nicaragua criminal history report.. I really hope they have whatever they need..

I seems it is taking them about 20 days after fingerprinting to start reviewing..They are getting the background check in about 1 to 7 days...60 to 90 days days the latest for wac& travel document.Please keep me posted and let me know how you are progressing.

Hi all!

Did my biometric today. my schedule was 11am but i went in by 2pm...took 1.5 hrs to complete with the waiting in line etc.

EAD is next...say within 90 days after application date.

as per lawyer.

12 Jan package delivered at Chicago lockbox

23 Jan Receive all receipts

28 Jan Receiced Fingerprint Appointment for Feb 11 at 10 am

11 Feb done fingerprint. (15 minutes)

I think it's based on your field office? Where did you take your biometrics?

We did concurrent filing.
