Update: We received the biometric letter today scheduled for 2/8. YAY!

01-05-2016 - Interview and Oath Taking (newark nj)

01-20-2016 - AOS packet sent to Chicago Lock Box

01-22-2016 - Packet arrived lockbox

01-29-2016 - Received email/text that packet has been accepted

02-05-2016 - Received all of my NOA's i-485, i-131 and I-765

02-01-2016 - All MVC numbers showed up on USCIS website!

02-12-2016 - Received my biometric letter for the 24th of February.

02-24-2016 - completed biometric as scheduled in Elizabeth NJ ASC

04-11-2016 - Requested an SR based on the 75 days pending application for EAD/AP

04-11-2016 - Text/Email Advice that EAD/AP card is being produced and to be sent to address on fle.

04-16-2016 - EAD/AP card received

04-18-2016 - SSN Card on hand

08-17-2016 - Received Text/Email for interview date scheduled for September 22, 2016

09-22-2016 - Interview approved. waiting for card :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:

01/06/2016: AOS package was delivered at USCIS Chicago Lockbox

01/13/2016: Received 3 text/email notifications from USCIS

01/14/2016: Check cashed out by USCIS

01/19/2016: Received official NOAs in the mailbox

01/29/2016: Received biometric letter in the mailbox scheduled for 2/8/2016

02/08/2016: Biometric appointment done

03/25/2016: Received email/text notification: "Interview is scheduled for 04/26/2016"

04/02/2016: Update on EAD: "New Card is being produced"

04/07/2016: Received EAD card in the mail.

04/26/2016: AOS interview done. Got approved on the same date. :dance:

  • 09/23/2019: Applied and paid online. Received a receipt number immediately.
  • 09/24/2019: USCIS online estimate is April 2020 
  • 09/28/2019: NOA1 received in my mailbox
  • 09/28/2019: Biometrics appointment scheduled [waiting for notice]
  • 10/04/2019: Biometrics appointment notice received in mailbox 
  • 10/17/2019: Biometrics appointment in Revere, MA completed
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS status changed to "we reviewed your biometrics"
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS online estimate is March 2020
  • 01/01/2020: Interview scheduled for Feb. 5, 2020
  • 02/05/2020: Interview expected in Boston
  • 02/04/2020: Received interview de-scheduled [ugh!]

January 19 - NOA by text.

Still waiting for biometrics appointment... It seems like it has been forever!

01-25-2019 NOA received (Extension letter, Biometrics waiver letter)

hope everybody is doing well. I just wanted to share a little update on my mothers case...

on 02/11/16... we got an email saying that a RFE notice has been genarated on 02/10/16 on our I-485 case and it was mailed to our home address..

0n 02/12/16...we recieved a 797 c notice with a second fingerprint apointment for 02/24/16.

..saying FBI could not read your fingerprint, so you need to do it again...

JUST WONDERING !!!!... This is crazy..

we mailed RFE on saturday feb 20th, 2016

uscis recieved mailed on monday 22th, 2016

wed, feb 22nd, 2016..just recieved email that RFE documet recieved and will beging ro work in your case again..

tomorrow She is going for fingerprinting again.. did send Her Nicaraguan criminal history just in case..they cannot read her fingerprinting again...lol
