Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum so I just wanna share a little bit about my case with you guys. I filed the I130 concurrent with I485 and I765 for my husband. He's currently on F1 visa and we sent our AOS package to Chicago Lockbox on Jan 4. We've just got our first NOA text/email notifications on Jan 13 and that our case was accepted and routed to National Benefits Center for processing. Is there anyone else file as the same time as us, please share your timeline here. Thank you and good luck to everyone

Hello amyno,

I sent my AOS package to chicago lockbox on Jan 5th and it got delivered on Jan 6th.Still waiting for NOA text/email notifications.

Hi Walter, mine was delivered on the 6th too, it took me 6 days to get text notifications, good luck to you!

hi everyone,

I am new to this forum and I wanna to share my timeline with you. After filing my mothers AOS package at the Chicago lock-box, We realized that the G-325 form was not signed...so, We panic and decided to mail the signed document with the I-485 receipt number to the NBC in MO.. Does anyone know how this new info is imported into the file?? is it scanned into it?? or is the actual document manually inserted to the AOS package??.. How do I know when this happens??

01/12/16 application and fee accepted

01/13/16 email confirmation of acceptance for four application

01/14/16 case showed up at USCIS Web side

01/19/16 mailed missing signed document to NBC-MO

850 NW CHIPMAN RD STE 5000

LEES SUMMIT, MO 64063

G-325a Biographical Information signed

Certificate of Naturalization and Birth Certificate w/ translation (proof of relationship)

01/20/16 NBC_MO received document by FEDDEX @9:21

01/20/16 received hard copy of NOA dated 01/13/16 with priority date of 01/05/16

And now...just waiting till today 1/21/16 not updated info at the USCIS webside..!!

I think you should have waited until the USCIS issues RFE then send them the missing documents. That way I think it's easier for them to keep track with your file. May be you can call them and ask about your situation? Good luck to you!

we recieved biometric letter today 01/23/16... for 02/01/2016... It was dated 01/15/2016..

Hey guys, just here to see your status, here is ours thus far.

01/13/2016: sent AoS packet

01/15/2016: packet delivery confirmation. by usps.

01/19/2016: packet received buy Chicago lockbox (guess that's when they actually processed it.)

01/25/2016: notified that case was recieved and is being worked on by the national benefits center, via text and email. CHECK/fee was also withdrawn from Bank account this day.

We're still waiting for the biometric mail. It has been over a week and we haven't received it yet. I saw other timelines that they received it within couple days, I don't know why it takes us so long.
