I don't think I would put it on the resume. My husband is going to apply for a few jobs and answer that he is not legally authorized to work in the US now, but in sometimes there is a box that you can fill out "Other" notes. Here, we will explain that his application for EAD was submitted in December 2015 and we can expedite his EAD within a week if he 's offered a job.

Btw, based on the October 2015 AOS filer thread, you are in a great position to submit a service request. You are only 10 days away from their 90 day mark and many have submitted their request on the 75th day and gotten approved within one week!

I would encourage you to apply for jobs that you qualify for now and if you get an interview, just explain the situation. You may get an interview scheduled and they get the EAD before then! You are close enough that you just about qualify to get the 'normal' DL. The potential employer may be sorting through other applicants and could be able to wait a day or two for you to have all that done. I would suggest that you get the phone number of anyone interviewing you so you can call then once you have the DL. But go for it!
