Unfortunately, this means that the consulate has denied your K-1 visa. The petition will be returned to USCIS, and your petitioner will eventually (could take many months) receive a letter saying that it has expired.

From here, your fiance can file another petition for K-1, or you can marry and file for a CR-1 spouse visa. Best of luck to you

Hello

what you have to do its just wait for the case to be expired and then you apply again , or apply for CR1 , our k1 was denied and send back to USCIS on 2010 and we wait until expired and we apply for the CR1 and we are in AP again ...

Good Luck

A K1 petition is valid for 4 months after it was approved or 4 months from the last time the embassy extended the approval which ever is later.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

k-1 visa being sent back ?

usually it's just allowed to expire at USCIS instead, is rare to read here at VJ about a NOID/R being sent to the petitioner for the last 2 or 3 years.

You might want to talk with your USCitizen Petitioner, suggest 2 more trips then a new filing on a new I-129F.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

And the good news is you likely won't be stuck at the Texas Service Center the K-1 should go go CSC where it will be worked in 25-55 day range.

Hang in there

The CO can still change his decision if he has wasn't happy with something post interview

Im curious about your case, they got your passport and then sent back the petition to USCIS. Were you told that you were approved or 221g?
