So we finally finished our K-1 packet... whew! If I can get a quick look over on this table of contents I included on the cover letter I would be very appreciative. Anything I might be missing or any comments are welcomed!

Background: Petitioner, U.S. Citizen (never married), Beneficiary with 2 kids (divorced)

One thing I included is screenshots of some social media, Facebook, publications... ex. where it says status "Engaged to NAME", a post made by Beneficiary's mother congratulating us on our engagement, a couple status updates posting pics on each other's wall saying things like "I miss you", etc. Is this something "beneficial" to send or should I not include? What's the consensus on social media stuff?

Thank you in advance!!

Maria :)

Table of Contents:

1. G-1145, e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

2. Filing fee in the amount of $340.00 USD

3. I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancée (included kids info on petition, will be coming with beneficiary at the same time, nothing else for them right now, right?)

Do you have the notarized written consent of the children's other parent to allow them to immigrate to the US, permanently live there and possibly to travel back to visit?

If not, you may want to delay filing the petiiton; having that is a deal breaker. The Embassy will want that before they issue them any visas.

The other parent is a non issue as they will be signing a statement without a problem. That will come a little later tho when the interview is set so we can take a very current signed statement.

Thanks for mentioning it :)

OK, just mentioning it. For some folks obtaining that permission can take months or years.

Your table of contents looks good. And yes only list ALL children on the 129 form at this time.
