G 325A question (split thread)

Hi everyone,

I am filling in the G-325A at the moment, however I am a bit unsure about some things so could you please help me? I am from the Netherlands, but I have lived in the UK for over 3 years now. I am just wondering what I should put in the box for Citizenship/Nationality? Is it Netherlands or Dutch? Also, whenever something doesn't fit in the field, I can just write it with a blank pen after printing the document right?

In regards to the addresses from the last 5 years, I have more addresses than the 5 lines that I can write in. I was planning on writing next to the "Applicant's residence last five years. List present first" *Please see attached sheet for more address details. Is that alright or would it have to be done differently?

Just to make sure I am doing this correctly, I would have to select the Other (Specify): field right? And then I write I-129f right?

Lastly, I do not have an Alien Registration Number so I will just leave that blank on the very top and bottom of the form right?

Sorry to ask so many questions, I just want to make sure I did everything correctly.

2016-11-03: Received approval for AP and EAD;

2016-11-18: Received EAD/AP combo card :dancing:;
2016-11-29: I-485 (AOS) approval date :dancing: ;
2016-12-03: Received I-485 approval notice letter;
2016-12-05: Received a notification that my card is mailed to me;
2016-12-07: Received my Permanent Resident card :dancing:;

I put American not USA in nationality.

Yes, i did that too. Copy the examples on VJ.

04/12/2016 - APPROVED!!!!!!!!! Visa in 5-7 Days!!

10/25/2016 - AED says "New Card is Being Produced". AP says "Case was Approved". AOS says "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview".

 

10/31/2016 - Received hard copy of AP in mail.

 

11/05/2016 - Received Employment Authorization in mail.

What do you mean copy examples on VJ?

Would you perhaps have an answer on my other questions as well? (Black pen and if I chose Other and then write i-129f).

Yes on the black pen and yes on selecting "Other"; write "I-129F K1 Visa" right next to it.

If you have a good PDF editor, I used the "typewriter" function in Adobe and was able to fit what would have not fit had I just used the spacing allowed by the form-field.

As to the dutch/Netherlands/the Netherlands options, I have used all on various G-325's. I have even mixed them in past applications.

I never had any problem either or. Officially I think you are a citizen of "The Netherlands", with a "Dutch" nationality, just to make it more confusing.
