Hi, I am petitioning for a K-1 visa and have a few questions while putting my packet together.

1- Do i write "None" for i--129f blank spaces for Other names used, prior spouses, child 1 if i dont have any of these or just leave blank?

2- Where do i send the k-1 visa? USCIS P.O. Box 660151 Dallas, TX 75266?

3- After sending the package, What should information should i start to gather for the next step in the K-1 visa process? such as tax returns or bank account balances or others

4- is there a specific order that i need to assemble to k-1 visa package in?

Yes if sent by USPS

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide, since you have no country named you will need to ask in a regional forum.

4- is there a specific order that i need to assemble to k-1 visa package in? Again read the guide

Sorry 1 more questions. I am filling out the G-325A and for the question asking for the past five years of employment, Ive had alot of jobs so i wrote "See attachment" and attached a piece of paper with my past work history. Does that attached sheet need to be signed and dated even though we signed the G-325A? Because my fiance did the same thing and i would like to avoid not having to send it to her to have her sign it?

For name of prior spouse? Did you put a check and answer #9 of Part 2 before that about being single or divorced? If single, then you would mark that and leave the prior spouse info blank. They actually sent you an RFE telling you the only thing you did wrong was leave prior spouse for the foreign fiance(e) blank?

If you got an RFE for leaving something blank that would be N/A or None, and filled out the rest of the form correctly, then you would be the first person I have heard of getting an RFE for following the instructions since they changed them back in 2013.

Trust me I was shocked when I got the RFE, I was just thinking ARE YOU F**** KIDDING ME!! That delayed the process for us for 2 months cuz my fiancé did not put NA for the info regarding prior spouses which me and him never had and reason why he didn't cause the form said if it does not pertain to you leave it blank

I want everyone to know about that page cause I don't want to have people get that type of stress of an RFE over something so stupid

And yes it was checked as single

Then you are the first and only I have heard of. Sounds like you were unlucky enough to get an adjudicator that did not know, or follow the form instructions for some reason.

Ok this is confusing. I put na in those spots. I think I'm gonna change that and leave them blank. What about the g325a where it says a number. We don't have one So leave blank? Same with ssn for fiance, blank?
