I am looking to bring my parents to the US soon . I would like to bring my minor sibling at the same time . Can that be done ?

how are you planning to get them here? If they are going to try for a visitor visa they must apply and be approved on their own merits

if it is a tourist visa, there is nothing you can do

if it is a petition for a green card, no, your sister cannot immigrate with them, there are no derivatives in parents petition

If you are to bring them to live in US as permanent resident, you need to apply fir I-130 for each one of your parent, you can petition your sibling but it will take a long time, your only option is first day your parent come to US (this is assuming that they have been granted a green card and their passport has been stamped with a temporary green card) one of you parent can petition your sibling , and it should take around 1.5 years for visa to be available plus time to schedule an appointment it will be somewhere between 1.5 to 2 years process for your sibling to come after your parent granted green card, and for your parent to get green card may takes up to 1 year, so basically your sibling will be left alone for about 2 years.

So to answer your question, your sibling can come to US with your parent if all been granted a visitor visa, they will not be able to come together if you file for green card.

If your are to petition them now, just include the name of your sibling/s on the I-130 form. When it gets approved, all minor children are included on the approvals.

siblings are filed separately and it takes over 12 years or more depending on the country of origin

I stand corrected.

Just include your sibling/s on the I130 but they will not receive an approval of visa with your parents.

When your parents are LPR, they can petition your minor sibling/s and they will be F2A. They need to file another I-130 form for your sibling/s.
