So, After getting RFE we are finally approved and checking the flow chart I came up to this K1 Guide. Now, could you please answer these few questions. (I copied bullets from there)

A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one). Your fiance should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).

>Should I also include the copy of RFE blue paper?

Send copies of the documentary proof that you submitted with the I-129F for your fiance to have on hand for their interview at the embassy. Your fiance should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).

>I'm assuming this is a copy of my passport, naturalization cert. and foreign passport used to travel to her country (I wasn't USC back then). I didn't send copy of birth cert., should I include it now? OR this is something else? :)

I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all.

>I emailed embassy few months ago with few questions and one was about AOS, and got this reply “As of today we do not require the Form I-134 from K-1s but the rules might be changed until your fiancé’s appointment is scheduled.” I will email them again. If I get the same answer you think I still should send this form with all supporting docs?

Proof of your ongoing relationship. This needs to be taken to the interview! Include photos, travel documents, emails, online chat logs (pick several over the prior few months), etc.. from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 until date-now).

>So, I’m basically sending whatever I sent with I-129F and plus present stuff. Right?

Examples: Copies of land line and cell phone bills, appropriate emails and letters you have sent including the stamps on envelopes (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof. Provide a reasonable amount; two to four of each type. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present.

sorta depends on the IV Unit, which country - some are harsher than others.

i could give you a pointed, focused answer,

but it seems yer currently 'homed' to Armenia,

up at

and I don't know anything about the harshness of the Vice-Consuls in the Armenia IV Unit.

Sorry !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

No to sending his BC and no to something else. Yes send the copies of the proofs. Send a copy of the entire package you mailed to the USCIS.
