Hello fellows,

I have a question maybe somebody has experience with this particular topic. I came to the USA via Boston got married in the State of Vermont. Then moved to California. I do have a residence address but this address is located in a gated secure area. There is no mail delivered to the house at all except you using UPS or FedEx. But USCIS is sending via USPS and this people do not deliver to the house only to the mailbox - I send in my I485, I131 and I785 form and I gave them my physical address and put in the same line my PO box and a little sticker to let them know that they have to sent it to the PO Box - Now we got worried because a lawyer told us there is no way that they will deliver to a PO Box - but what can I do if USPS is not delivering - can I ask USCIS to us FedEx or UPS as a service to send me the NOA letters? I send my package on the 30th of December and I haven't heard from them at all. And I am on that point that I might think this with the address will be the problem. Anyone?

Bernie

You could check at the post office that your PO Box is at. I have a PO Box, and the post office I am at will accept UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and they all deliver to it. I was given a street address with my box number that is used to deliver.

Example: if it is PO Box 2222, City, State, Zip and the post office address is 123 Main Street They have me use: 123 Main Street #2222, City, State Zip

It has worked great, as I no longer need to be home, or go to the UPS, FedEx location to pick up a package. The post office signs for it and everything.

You could try that?
