I'm seeing if anyone can add more feedback. I have similar issue with the CGI Stanley "There are currently no appointments available". Mine has been going on for 5 months.

Donutmoon, any update on your schedule appointment situation?

My wife received P4 notice (CR-1 Visa) from GUZ to schedule appointment back in August of 2015, when we registered, that no appointment available message popped up, we called CGI and they told us it may be take up to 4 weeks before anything will pop up.

We then checked CGI site every day starting September to see if anything available, and there would still be the same message. By the time November hit, we called CGI again and their response is that they can't help with appointments and cannot see any open slots. We then use the email form to Guang Zhou consulate, and their one sentence response was to keep checking. We've been checking 6 to max allowed times a day for past couple months and still see same message. Getting extremely frustrated.

I'm hoping others here can help answer few questions:

(1) I've seen other's showing screenshots of their dashboard, does the first available appointment date show up on left side of dashboard if you have not yet gotten appointment?

(2) Do you know if document delivery option affects scheduling of appointment? We chose deliver to residence, the sceenshots i've seen shows pick ups.

(3) I've checked random times through out of the day, everyday, but mostly between 8 am and 1pm china time as noted by others, is that changed now?

(4) Anyone with similar situation but able to resolve through the guangzhou consulate directly somehow?

(5) Other suggestions? After 5 months trying to get appointment, getting very frustrated.

Thanks and appreciate your feedback!
