I-512L form AP and DACA Question

I applied for AP and received a I-512L . i applied for this form because i needed to travel outside of the US for a business conference but the letter didnt get here on time. I missed my conference and i paid $380 for this form.

Im taking closer look at the form and it says : ''the named bearer departed the united states temporarily and intends to return to the United States. Presentation of the origianl of this document prior to JANUARY 20 , 2016 allows a customs and border protection CBP inspector at a port of entry to parole the namd bearer . This authorization is valir for one request for parole during the validity period noted above. Each parole period shall not exceed one day from the date of parole at the port of entry .

Is the document only valid until the 20th of 2016 !?!??!

It appears to be a single-use Parole form that indeed expires on January 20. You probably provided the dates of your conference when you submitted the request, and that explains the short validity of the Parole period.

Unless there's somewhere else that you might go for a few days on short notice, it's a shame that your expensive investment seems to have been for nothing.
