I was wondering while I am filing out the forms do I need to send them proof of relationship just like how I did I-129F or do I need that for when we have to do the interview?

No. Just follow the guide for AOS for K-1 here in VJ.

You need gather the proof of bona fide marriage for your interview in the AOS.

Cuz the whole time I am just thinking what can I give them when most of everything I gave them was during the K1 visa process

Well it would be completely different evidence than you provided for the K1. For AOS you have to provide evidence of bonafide marriage. You wouldn't have had that at K1 time. You can use this guide...scroll to bottom.

That guide is not about filing for AOS. That is about getting a spousal visa.

The only proof of marriage needed with the I-485 initial filing is a copy of your marriage certificate. Bring documents showing co-mingling of finances and co-habitation to the interview, if you even have one. Follow this guide for AOS > http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos
