When I clicked the form G-325a to print and fill out. I noticed there were other forms. Do I need to do these forms and send with the initial package?

I-134

DS-160

DS-156K

DS-156

DS-230

I knew about the I-29F and G325a but not all these.

Please read the guides. It contains step by step instructions and what forms are needed for a K1 visa. Some of them are for the beneficiary to take to the embassy interview and do not get sent in with the original I-129f petition.

Good Luck!

Correct. The I-134 goes to the interview.

Okay so will still be needed but sent to the other party to take to the interview? That is where I attach pay stubs and such right

As far as forms go, Yes. All the documents required? No

Read those Guides.

Yes you send the I-134 to the beneficiary to take to interview, with last 3 years tax transcripts, 2 recent pay stubs, and letter from employer. That's what I sent anyway. They didn't ask him for anything else financial wise.

Thank you! I did read the guides and the check off list. But once I clicked the form to download it brought up the additional forms. I just want to make sure I get everything correctly

Remember to get the most up to date forms off of the USCIS website; these on VJ may be older versions.

Look back through these K-1 threads as many folks have issued their complete listing of their "package".
