The problem with mandatory death for drug trafficking is only poor people and minorities will be put to death. For profit prisons will make money off of these deaths. Let's not forget the judge that was caught taking money to send juveniles to these for profit prisons.

There is also a history of police planting crack on black people when they are pulled over or walking down the street. You'll be looking at a new way to eradicate the poor and commit genocide against blacks in urban areas.

Also it doesn't fix the problem.

Drug addicts tend to be stupid, sick, or have followed a long path of victimization to get to where they are. Prison for these people is wasted money.

Maybe we can start by decriminalizing *taking* drugs, but not selling them. See how that works before going full legalization route.

Hmmmm, choosing to abort and have a child later on is quit different from being forced to die a death at the hands of a corrupt cop. In the first case, child will still be reproduced later on. Big difference, but good try.

from your planned parenthood comment above i take it you consider yourself someone who values human life?the whole 'feeding it to the kids' is dare nonsense and not reality based. do some research and look at the numbers of middle aged adults who make the transition from a prescribed schedule 4 drug (which is supposedly not likely to be addictive) like tramadol to heroin.

If he had said "often" instead of "half the time" you could say he is factually correct. What part of his story is wrong?
