Sigh - can the vermonters have their own forum so I don't want to ram my head into things each time they get their NOA2s literally seconds after they are delivered to VSC?

I kid.

Congrats to you!

No offense to the VSC filers, but I kinda feel the exact same way. We pay the same price for the same service, but live in the wrong area :wacko: and suffer a 2 month longer wait time because of it.

I don't kid.

I realize it's not VSC filers fault, and I'm not here to ruin a happy moment! I'm truly happy for you guys, :dance: but equally sad for our CSC folk :crying: .

February, 09: I-129f forwarded to Vermont USCIS from US Home

February, 12: I-129f arrives VSC :) Journey really starts!

February, 13: NOA1 Reciept date

February, 16: VSC Cashes the check

March, 09: NOA2 Email. yay!

March, 11: Touched... Probably for the last time at VSC :)

March, 14: NVC Recieved package

March, 15: NVC Sent package to London

March, 20: Package recieved in London

March, 28: Packet 3 recieved!

April, 2: Packet 3 Sent back to London

April, 10: Packet 3 recieved by London Embassy

April, 17: Packet 4 recieved

May, 1: Medical

May, 29: Interview! - APPROVED

This is truly great news! Congratulations on the approval. Now comes the real wait...getting the interview and then going through that stressful time. But you will make it, we did and it is sooooo worth it. Melinda and I are having breakfast together here in Arizona as I write to you, so dreams do come true. Your dream will be fulfilled soon, hang in there.

Either way, it is good to see some sunshine on the boards every now and again. Keep it up VSC, maybe when the VSC workers get bored some of the CSC work will be offloaded to them?

I blame California sunshine and extended lunches. Having lived and worked in Chicago and Twin City for 12+ years, I know there is a big difference between workers there and us sunshine state workers. Cold city workers bring soup in, heat it up in the microwave and work while they eat... maybe taking 15 or so 20 second smoke breaks (cause it's too cold to finish the entire cigarette). I can't remember the last time I had a lunch break that was shorter than 1.5hr's. Sooo, that's my rational and I'm sticking with it.

:thumbs: Keep it up VSC, we're all in this together (was that too cliche?)

September 26 2007- Omer arrives JFK POE

November 23 2007- Married!

February 23 2008 Finally sent AOS to Chicago

March 4 2008 NOA1 for all 3 AOS documents (rcvd from Missouri Center?)

March 26 Biometrics

March 28 EAD touch

March 29 RFE- Birth Cert. translation :(

April 8- RFE received; case resumed processing (at National Benefits Center)

April 11- Case transferred to California Service Center

April 29 - EAD and AP approved... finally honeymoon in Mexico!

May 29- AOS approved e-mail received!!!!!!

June 7- Greencard arrived in mail!
