K-1 Packet. USPS Priority Mail doesn't deliver to P.O. Box?

I mailed our K-1 application packet with USPS Priority Mail to the USCIS P.O. Box in Dallas, TX last Saturday (Jan 9th, 2016). I knew Priority Mail comes with delivery confirmation, so I didn't request for 'delivery confirmation plus signature'. I was told it would be delivered this Monday. However when I checked the tracking info this morning, it showed:

'Your item arrived at the DALLAS, TX 75222 post office at 9:59 pm on January 11, 2016 and is ready for pickup.' and the scheduled delivery day was updated to Tuesday, Jan 12th, 2016 (today).

I wonder if that means USPS Priority Mail does not deliver the packet directly to P.O. Box anymore and someone from a USCIS field office nearby needs to pick it up at the local post office?

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated ! Thank you very much !

As long as you don't require a signature the PO box is fine.

Thank you very much everyone! I just checked the tracking info again, it now shows ' was delivered at 5:08 am on January 12, 2016 in DALLAS, TX 75260. '

BTW, I didn't request for 'signature confirmation', so I guess the tracking info was just confusing.
