Frustrated....H1 renewal - Admin process - CEAC site says Refusal !!

I was in India & I need to renew my H1 Visa.

Interview was clean and nothing went wrong.. In the end VO just gave me 221(G) to submit resume & other normal papers...

I submitted everything and still my CEAC status says "Refused"

I am worried because my friend who is from same company & everything same just name change got the Visa after 3 days.. Please note he was also given 221(G) after his interview and he submitted the papers & got the visa in 3 days.

In these 3 days his status was showing Admin process but mine after submitting papers also showing refused !!

I am so worried... When contacted to USTRAVELDOCS , they says we have sent the papers to concered , do not follow up with us for status.

I dont have any email address where i can contact the Embassy (Mumbai India)

what's the employer's immigration lawyer have to say about this ?
