Hello everybody i got an email today from Casa the Moroccan embassy said that they resived my file and they will send package 3 shirtly to Zaki so yeahhhhhhhhhh i'm so ecxited please wish a good luck for us. i have a question please. what is the papers i have to send to my fiance for his interview? and are we need a new intent to marry paper for both of us close to the interview date???thanks

Congratulations, you're almost there. Same for us -- he had new intent to marry letters, but they didn't ask for them. He had Skype logs, emails, chats, and a lot of pictures of us and of me with his family. They only looked at the pictures, but make sure he has all the proof he can carry. They will send him the papers he needs to fill out, and his packet will have the information for him to get his physical two weeks before the interview. I sent him original certified copies of my birth certificate and divorce decree, although they didn't ask for those either.

Make sure he gets the police certificate, the court paper, and the celibacy paper (which says he isn't married). He'll know where to get those. The paper Casa sends him may not ask for the court paper and celibacy paper, but they do require it now. He'll need certified translations of his birth certificate, court paper, celibacy paper, and police certificate. Make sure when he gets the court paper that in the space for any arrests or convictions it says "none" -- sometimes they want to put just a line there, but Casa won't accept that; they want the actual word "none" or "nothing."

Do read the Casa thread mybackpages posted. It's a huge help. He should go in with a positive attitude, smile and say good morning, and let them have no doubt about his feelings for you. Best wishes and prayers to you both.
