Hello! I used a k1 visa to get here in the US but i didn't get a ssn before my visa expired because we didn't know that we can do so. We already filed for AOS and done with biometrics. And on my status update it says that my employment authorization was approved. Can i get a social security cars now using my ead card?

Once you have the EAD in hand, you can file for an SSN. You cannot apply for an SSN with a computer status update. You need the card.
