Yes, you can apply to adjust after your I-94 expires. However, once the I-94 expires, you will be living here illegally as a visa overstay. You can be detained (arrested and jailed). It's not smart to be illegal. If you need money to file for AOS, then beg or borrow it.

Your visa expired when you entered the US. The k1 visa is a one time entry. The way to enable more travel in and out of the US is to adjust status and obtain a green card. The march date is probably the i-94 expiration date. You'll want to apply for a Social Security Number (SSN) at least 2 weeks before the i-94 expiration date, but you should probably proceed with that immediately.

There is no time limit/deadline in which to file for AOS. As long as you married within 90 days then you are eligible to file based on your approved I-129F petition and fulling the requirements of the K-1 visa. However, you will be out of status and begin to accrue unlawful presence between your I-94 expiring and filing for AOS. Once you file for AOS, you then enter a period of authorized stay while waiting for your green card approval.
