My husband is filling out his DS260 and we arent sure how to answer the question: Is your spouse immigrating to the US with you? We are guessing the answer is NO because I am a US citizen and wont be immigrating with him but will be moving back to the US with him. Same question regarding will your child be immigrating with you. Our child also has his US citizenship so I am not sure if we say yes or no? We will all be entering the US at the same time assuming his visa is granted. Thanks so much.

ya, the ds-260 is a multipurpose form for chasing visas of different types.

the catch word here is 'immigrating'.

USCitizens don't immigrate into the USA.

yer on the right track, you've got the RIGHT idea !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
