Hey guys a quick question pls...Im about to send the documents for k2 kids and my husband will file the petition for them although I am now a US citizen. my question is it says that I have to attach or include a copy of my approved petition I-130 or I-797 which is approval notice when I adjust my status. I don't have those anymore I must have misplaced it...Do I still need those?

Do they still need to see the surgeon or file the form I-693 report of medication examination and vaccination.. They are updated with all this immunization since they are here for 5 years now... If I apply for the adjustment of status. Will the petitioner's name is my husband? or me?

Yes you will need a medical with a civil surgeon as it has been over a year since their medical at SLEC. Your husband is the petitioner
