GOT PAPER WORK FROM NVC

I filed a petition for my dad. It got approve and forwarded to NVC and I got their paper work today. I have some questions.

Please help me

1.Under Financial Documents....do i send both tax returns and tax transcripts ?

2. As proof of income will my check stub be ok?
3.Do I need to get social Security Earnings Statements ?

4. If my tax returns include my spouse will they just calculate my income separate from his since I am the only sponsor or is my husband considered and sponsor automatically because of the joint tax return?

Under Supporting Documents

1. Whose Birth Certificate do they want mine or my parent?

2.Whose Marriage Certificate do they want?

3. What do they mean by petitioner documents?

4. Does the police certificate also mean a report of good conduct from police dept. ?

2. As proof of income will my check stub be ok?Yes you can send recent pay stubs

3.Do I need to get social Security Earnings Statements ?Nope

4. If my tax returns include my spouse will they just calculate my income separate from his since I am the only sponsor or is my husband considered and sponsor automatically because of the joint tax return?

3. What do they mean by petitioner documents? Any Additional supporting documents

3. What do they mean by petitioner documents? Proof of relationship with your father

4. Does the police certificate also mean a report of good conduct from police dept. ? Jamaican Police Certificate for your father

OP if his name was not on your Birth-cert he's got to go add it (I say this since they ask for relationship proof)

School events he involved with, pictures together, letter from your mom, letter from the church you were baptized as

a baby (if he was there & sign register) comunication over the yrs but proofs B4 you migrated speaks volumes
