AOS for K2 child

Probably dumb ??? But Do I need a Affidavit of Support for the K2 child also???

Or is the one for my wife sufficient???

You submit a COPY of the notorized I-864 for your wife with your childs package. Your child's AOS is seperate then your wife's, so everything you submit for your wife, you submit for your child (age depending on EAD and desire to travel with AP)

I agree. Just get a photo copy of it to put with the childs AOS

woops.... I didnt do that!

I just packed it all together and clipped the I864 behind both AOS applications.... think I'll get an RFE for that?

Thanks... So do you mail them seperately??? Or just package seperate???

You package them seperate, and mail them together. I put my AOS/EAD & AP in one envelope, my daughters AOS & AP in another envelope, put both envelopes in a larger brown envelope, and mailed them together.
