Okay thank you. Another one lol Im so sorry. So for him does he put that same address or where he will go in for his interview? I see that it says that as well. And is it okay for him to fax me his letter so I can send it in? Or is it better he scan and emails it or mails?

It is fine to scan. It is usually suggested because it apparently used to be in the instructions that the original was needed. Now the instructions say that all photocopies are fine unless they are specifically requesting the original. Make sure your fiance keeps the original that he scans to you so that it can be produced at the interview if requested.

"Copies.
Unless specifically required that an original document be filed with an application or petition, a legible photocopy may be submitted. Original documents submitted when not required may remain a part of the record, and will not be automatically returned to you."

That is on the bottom of page 1 of the instructions on the USCIS I-129F Instructions.

No worries, just scan them!

A photocopy is a photocopy no matter what machine it comes off of. Either should be fine but scanning & emailing would be cheaper, as faxes charge per page and will be coming over internationally.

Okay thank you. I had to get a copy of my birth certificate when I applied for my passport. I have that to copy for the birth certificate they need for documentation. When I went to copy it, it has void all over the front and nothing on the back (they want a copy of the back of the certificate too) is this okay??
