Happy New Year VJ friends

I (UKC) would appreciate your opinion on this My husband paid the IV fee. I completed the DS 260 on line for my son and I on 11/25. My husband (USC) submitted the AOS and IV package the same week i completed the DS 260. On 12/7 the NVC emailed me back notifying me that that they had received my documents on the 12/3. In the notification it stated that i should allow for 30 days due to high volume of cases at NVC . It also stated after review the NVC would notify me of my interview date or if they require further information. I have checked NVC login it states DS 260 completed and document N/A. It is now over 30 days

I am cautious about calling the NVC because from what I have read, when the NVC are called the case is then given to a supervisor and there is an additional 42 days.

I am not sure what to do

Thank you in advance.

i forgot to mention that all fees required AOS and IV have been paid.

If you don't want to call just keep checking the ceac status and for the AOS fee to change from PAID to NA That's the 3 NA's (The AOS and IV documents remain at NA) or just call monday to find out. Cuz if you do have case complete you will not get email until 7 days later. Thats when they send them out.
