DCF Manila Embassy - PH Residency

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are planning to I-130 through DCF here in Manila but we're pretty concerned about him needing to have residency here.

He's been living here for almost 2 years under tourist visa that we constantly renew. What documents do we need to present for our application to be accepted? Do we need to apply for PH permanent visa?

Any advise will be much appreciated.

No problem. I have been living here on a tourist visa extension for 3 years and applied for a DCF last November 5, 2015. For the residency requirement you will need to show things like rental agreements with both names, cable and internet bills, a joint bank account, electric and water bills. In my case I also got a copy of every page of my passport and all my expired and current ACR I cards. A marriage visa helps to show residency but it is not required.
