Hi everyone. I have a question about the fee payment.

We received the welcome letter and instruction from NVC last month and have filled out DS-216, Choice of Address & Agent, online right away. However, we haven't been able to pay AOS fee because my husband (USC) is having issues with his bank to reactivate his online access from overseas. We've been trying to get helps from our friends but did not work out.

Then, we found an Email from NVC this morning with IV fee invoice attached. So now we have both AOS and IV fee invoices in hand, we are thinking of sending a money order instead of trying to figure out how to access my husband's bank account. Can someone confirm if below steps are correct?

- Have one(1) money order with the total amount of AOS and IV fees made out to U.S. Department of State.

- Include both AOS fee invoice and IV fee invoice in the envelope with the money order.

- Send them to:

National Visa Center

PO BOX 790136

St. Louis, MO 63179-0136

Also, for anyone who has made the payment by mail, how long did it take the payment to be reflected on CEAC status?

Thank you so much for your help!
