Hi All-- Does anybody know what possible reasons or scenarios for R1 VISA Denial?

Our papers are already with NVC for review and hopefully we get the appointment before the end of this month.

I'm just a little too anxious and too excited. haha

My husband has been very patient with all the processes done on his end and now that the ball is with me, I really want to make sure there will be no delay or avoid possible reason for us to have problem with NVC and the immigration office here in the Philippines.

a visa denial occurs at the Embassy, not at NVC.

Keep that in mind as you study Interview Reports here.

R1 is top of the tree for fraud, amusingly.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
