got the RFE letter today . i dont think they are asking for any missing documents .

BUT SIGH THE WITHDRAWAL NOTICE ?

I NEVER SENT ANY WITHDRAWAL NOTICE ?

You need to call them NOW!!! That is crazy. I am so sorry that has caused your delay.

U shud call them asap and clear this issue.. The letter clearly states that u applied for withdrawal for your i 130.

i did . some 1 got hold of my info and try to cancel my petition with my fake photocopied signatures . Good thing uscis didn't buy the signatures and canceled it . 6 months whould have been wasted . :(

I spoke to the agent he told me to write a letter saying it wasn't you etc etc

They can't just send you a letter like that it must have been requested and like u said someone's got your personal information and must have done it. Call USCIS and say it was not you and they should ignore it. You cantell them you haven't signed it.
