Hi. Tax return is coming soon this year!

I am a dual tax alien (who abandoned GC during 2015) and live in overseas.

I am a housewife, so only considerable individual income would be interest from bank.

I am not sure if I should do tax return with my husband (joint) or separately since I am no longer resident alien.

Since I married to an American citizen, I found I can still do tax return jointly with my husband.

Here are some question...

1. I am housewife no income except interest from bank, which is about $20 whole year. Can I file tax still if I have to do separately?

2. FORM 8854... I only had GC for 2 years (short-term resident), so I do not need to file this form together right?

3. After this tax year, I do not need to file US tax return since I dont physically live in US? How does IRS know that I am no longer resident?

I really appreciate your help! ANY answer related to these will be appreciate:)
