I had the interview yesterday for F4 yesterday. the official said he to investigate because i travel to u.s in 95 with b1 and stayed there for 3 year and i study in middle school, i change my status to F. after 3 year i came in my own to my country.

the official said he had to investigate if i was illegal or not. if yes than i had to apply for waiver.

i also told him i was 12 when i went there (under 16).

any suggestion. i have ask lawyer and non-immigrant official in the past if i would have any problem with immigrant visa with this situation and they all said "no problem".

THIS SCARES ME.
