Sponsorship query

Hello,

We are in the final stage of submitting documents to submit aos and iv document to nvc, but we have a situation here.

My wife came to india to surprise me on my birthday. She had to leave her job in order to give me surprise.

Now she went back after 2 months and she dont have job.

Her income is enough as per the standards. But she is unemployed for 2 months, but she has a job now.

So does this mean we will need joint sponsorship?

She's fine. She just had a 2 month vacation. No issue.

Ditto, provide all the pay stubs she has, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a joint sponsor lined as a backup plan

She has just one pay stub, as she joined recently, and other 5 from 2 months before.

Should that be ok?

Does Joint Sponsor mean my wife+my father-in-law's income?

No he would not be a suitable joint sponsor. It would need to be a person who has enough income on their own to support their household size plus you.

And joint sponsor would be alone, without your wife's income, unless one of them is a dependant on the other's tax return.

You might be ok without a joint sponsor, it is up to the discretion of the IO, and at the time of your interview, if the IO asks for a joint sponsor you would want to be able to provide that paperwork ASAP.
