uhm - check ceac status, at a minimum.

you can also call the NVC hotline, punch option 3, and talk with a human about casefile status.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

How long has it been since he was put on AP?

That note sounds like you may have been sent a request for additional information, and the did not hear from you.

he had his interview and they told him he needs to answer 10 question and submit them by email. he did that and we got an email 8 days later saying " dear applicant your case is closed please log in to view details" i didn't understand where to log in they didn't give much info and most importantly WHAT DOES CASE CLOSED MEAN?

so i emailed them back asking what does case closed mean exactly and this was their respond : Dear applicant kindly not that your case now has been closed as the issue has been resolved."

I still don't know what that means i'am really worried.

it's been for 10 days and in the emails they haven't requested anything else.

please check ceac status.

if you don't know what ceac is, please review the doc intake instructions that was given to you during nvc processing.
