My fiance called NVC today and they gave him my case number. What do we do next? I haven't receive any letter from the embassy. Do we still need to wait the mailed notice before proceeding? Thanks.

register to ustraveldocsph; you can use the screen shot of your case number from the site for reference during medical.

You don't have to wait for the notice from the US Embassy Manila, that will arrive after 4 weeks (or not depending on your location). You can now proceed with the next steps. Good luck!

Because you have your MNL case number, you can go ahead and pay the visa application fee, schedule an interview, and complete the medical.

Don't wait for the embassy to send you a letter because you would be wasting a lot of time. Instead, you can read the letter on the embassy's web site. For your reading convenience, I have provided the link to the Tagalog version of the letter, so I hope you can read Tagalog!

But I don't have yet the original copies of W-2, ITR, affidavit of support and letter of intent from my fiance. He's still waiting for W-2 to be released at the end of this month. Can we still proceed now in this case?

Also, what does 'Ready' means on CEAC status?

You don't have to wait for the 2015 W2 and ITR, you can use the 2014. Although they didn't ask any of these docs! I had my interview this morning.

He's still waiting for W-2 to be released at the end of this month. Can we still proceed now in this case? - YES, you can use 2014 W2 and ITR, I used those.

Also, what does 'Ready' means on CEAC status? - it means you can now schedule your interview and do DS 160 (upon payment of course)
