Hello Dear Members and Happy New Year to all of You!

We need some recommendations here please.

First, some background info. I have been in States multiple times on b1/b2 but in 2011 I had to withdraw application at port entry(they thought I am attempting to immigrate).

Time has passed, things got changed. Nowadays I have an fiancee, we live together for 5 years. Year age, right before we was about to get married, we found that my fiancee DV lottery application has been approved.

We both signed DV application as singles. And because of my background situation I thought it would be better if she will go as a single(was a stupid decision...)

So now, she already got dv1 visa in passport, went to States and received her GC and social security. Currently she returned to me, we meet New Year together and we are finally going to get married.

- so what should we do now?

She is going to US, applying for CR-1? filing I-130?????

any instructions on this? is it possible to do ourselves, without lawyer?

We know it's not an easy and quick way to live together in America... But we love each other and will fight with difficulties...

Any info and recommendations are Really appreciated!

Thank You for your time and attention!!!

sorry for weak English

The plan was like - I am getting new B1/B2, my wife goes to US and filing I-130 for me and I will able to come sometimes to US she able to come in Rus to be together, till F2A process move further till I receive visa...

But with my background b1/b2 cancellation under 212 (a)(7)(a)(i)(i), I am hearing that there is almost no chance of getting fresh B1/B2......

So what would be the optimal solution for our situation... It's not easy to live that far for so long, but we strong enough to come thru it. We want to be together, we want to live in US...

bad mistake was to listen some immigration lawyer! after we received notification that my fiancee DV application, we was about to get married right away(without DV also). He said that we are risking to lose that opportunity for both, because of my background....

Anyway, it's all going to be alright:)

Thanks to All, any advices are really appreciated.

i will suggest you not to be panic and not to apply for any other visa than F2A.. that will create more delay in your I-130 processing.
