Hello fellow VJ Peeps,

When i fill out the I-485 form. Would i use my new married name? Would there be a problem because the tax returns and W-2 that i will send in have the name i'm using now.

If you are changing your name through marriage, then use the new married name. Your marriage certificate is proof of legal name change. You will have older documentation from before you were married in your maiden name. That is normal.
